OINP Application sent in November 2015

MZASAM, for some reason I still have faith in OINP. We have no other option/choice at the moment. We waited for so long, let's remain positive

My guts are saying that they are going to rock. I wish and pray it happens soon.

People are waiting since long time for nomination, and this is almost threshold for them and for us. They are left with few weeks to act.

There must be a pressure on them as well, as they have to start issue of PTs. IMO the PTs should be on hold. Let them diligently complete backlog

If they don't make any announcement about delay in nominations, that means they have plan to release nominations. I don't see any other reason now about no official announcement for delay. If they don't have solid plan, we will see an update soon on their website. It can't go like this for long time. Yes let's wait and watch how they play out

Received a ghost email today after renewing my profile. Talk about excitement when I saw the email but when I checked the portal... no nomination.

On another note, yesterday was a year since receiving PT notification.

Then may I assume that RM is a more senior officer than MMW as RM is dealing with later stage process?

It just happens that my officer is MMW mentioned in the AOR.

I have sent two mails requesting my status to both email ids last month and last week. Today morning i got three mails, one from ontarionominee email and 2 from expressentry as below.

I am 11th jan applicant..got my aor on the 12th of July..how long will be my cold wait? 1 year 2 year ? Am so frustrated..we all have spent a lakh of rupees behind this ontario

We sure have. Unless we have some inside information, we cannot predict. Keep your expectations low so that OINP will not disappoint you again.

Well, to put things in perspective, Raj is a 5th November applicant. He has essentially heard nothing from OINP till now. To top it, we have a 5th October applicant too (ingeb) on this forum waiting for a nomination.

We have absolutely no idea as to how long OINP will make us wait. And as a Jan applicant, you may have to wait a lot more unfortunately.

I am an FSW applicant, NOC is 2147, out land and no job offer from Canada.

Which means all you should be receiving your nominations shortly...

I received an email from CIC saying that there is a new message in my account.
I opened my account and voila !!!, there is a pop-up to accept or decline the OINP Nomination.

I immediately accepted (there is one month time period to accept) and my points increased instantly to 1041 (441+600).
