Okay, the applicant the OP was talking about is a Masters Stream applicant and NOT Human Capital Priorities stream applicant. However, a nomination is a nomination is a nomination - I sincerely hope they will send out nominations to November applicants (HPCS applicants) in July/August.

They have hired Temporary Officers, so lets hope the process will accelerate now. The officers name have suddenly changed to T-TA and T-SA where we can assume T means temporary.
