OINP Application sent in November 2015

Please help !! :-[

OINP - AOR 4 months, nomination 3 months max. Express entry (whole process upto visa stamping) -11months (Total 1.5 year)
EE profile Validity is 1 year. Right ?

My question is !!
Suppose principal applicant got ITA through OINP PNP program. Once he accept the invitation, his EE profile will stop counting time.
What happens to his dependents profile ?
Definitely it will get expired after few months. right ? If so, Dependent need to create new profile, Does it conflict anywhere OINP nomination or principal applicant application ?

What are you talking about? There is only one profile for you and your dependents. All of you are under one application. Once you get ITA, the expiry timer on your EE profile stops. How can "Dependents" create new profile? The "owner" of the profile is the primary applicant - if the dependent creates a new profile, then s/he will become the primary applicant of that new profile.

Please don't confuse yourself. Once you get ITA, your EE profile ( your = you AND your dependents) will not expire.

Guys - Got an additional documents request. Officer = PL. They want the following -

Copies of all your pay slips for the twelve months in 2015.

Copies of the bank statements to show your payroll deposits for the above period.

Proof of Savings with last six months bank statements and letters from the banks providing the names of the financial institutes, names of the accounts holders, types of accounts, currency and balances.

I'll be sending these by tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted.

You need to genuinely try to get payslips from your employer. If you are unable to do, you could probably write a LOE explaining your situation and show proof that you genuinely tried to procure those documents but you were unable to do so (for whatever reason) and provide all possible alternative documents.

C'mon OINP!!

Totally understand your frustration. They have stopped sending PTs (the most likely reason is to finish off all the pending applications one by one). So, it might be a matter of weeks before they can finish off the applications submitted earlier (believe me October and even some September applicants are still awaiting nomination). Hope we all see some good progress soon .

Everybody is given a 30 day period to send in their completed application. I am guessing majorbeyotch too has been asked to do so.
