Now i have one abt Police clearance.

I have been in Qatar, UK, Singapore and India for more than 6 months in the past 10 years. So obviously CIC will ask me to provide PCC from these countries once i get ITA (Hopefully I get one). So can i get PCC from these countries right now rather than wait for my ITA. I understand PCC is valid only till the date you apply for it. But since i am in india now cant i get the PCC from the other countries and get the indian one once i get ITA. I also understand that some countries require a letter requesting the PCC from CIC. But from the above list I think only singapore would ask me tht. Given the situation i was thinking of applying for my UK and Qatar PCC before hand to save as much as time possible once i get ITA. Anyone has any ideas on if my thoughts r right. Or does CIC need all the PCCs to be issued after the ITA date?

Hi Raj/Seniors,

I have submitted my application with all pages of new passport which is one year old but with first and last page of my old passport. Do I need to send them all pages of old passport as well? Have someone did this before? If I need to send them, how I should send via courier or email? How they will correlate this with my file which is already there?

Sadly, the odds are that your application might be returned. You could, however, send all the pages of your old PP via e-mail along with a very polite letter of explanation requesting them to add the attached documents to your file.

In his case, the applicant got the call.

Generally, only basic information is verified - the details that you mentioned on the application form but one applicant had told me that he received a call from (KR) and he was briefly asked to explain about his job duties (For instance, his reference letter mentioned the use of HP quality center as one of the duties and he was asked what that was and why it was used). Please note that this is a rare instance - generally, applicants have been asked to verify their name and DOB (among other basic details).

Your thougts are right. Validity date of countries that you dont currently live in are ok if there are after the date you left. Date from current country of residence does not have to be after ita but not older than six months (i thought)

You can get PCCs from countries you have stayed for 6 months (totally and not necessarily in a row) or older in the past. From your current country of residence, the PCC should not be older than 6 months at the time of submitting your PR application (doesn't matter if you get it before or after ITA). Get the Indian PCC from PSK and not from the local police authorities.

Is it common not to get AOR for additional documents. I see from your previous posts taht you got AOR for additional docs as well, but in my case I didn't get any.

Some officers send it and some don't. Don't worry too much about it.
