Do you know the full name or mail id of LL?

How do you know the mails are reaching her?

In the subject like along with my file no. are the initials LL. sent from ExpressEntry@ontario.ca
When I sent the mail he/she acknowledged my mail stating that 'please be advised your documents and response email have been received and are under review'

When I called on 7th dec the officer on the phone said my emails have been looked into and you should hear soon. But obviously he did not disclose the case officer's name.

After that sent 3 follow up mails with ontarionominee@ontario.ca in CC and no response YET.

At least you have initials, we don't even know who our case officer is (since our case is very old, none of the officers are there anymore) and there is no response or acknowledgement of mail receipt either and if that's not enough nobody picks the multiple calls that we make.

@canadawecome, I see that your application is pending since long, what is the issue? you know which stage your application is?
I am asking this as I applied in Jan 2016 with AOR in August 2016, but post that I have heard nothing from OINP. Was able to speak to someone there however all he could let me know is the file is with a Analyst :( Yesterday i have sent a fax, however complete silence from their side is really painful

Don't know what's the issue, our file is in the decision phase.

Were they open yesterday, are they open now?

@Canadawecome knowing the initials is not that of great help apart from referring it here in the forum. Coz over the phone I cannot say with certainty that my file is looked by LL as the agent refuses to disclose the names of the officer.

Officially they were closed, i tried calling them yesterday. But people on Jan thread were reporting receiving nominations and mails. So I took a decision to send a fax, not sure if it was ever attended. I have not received ADR and thats why worried like hell.
Hope they are working today.

I received nomination yesterday, they were working. For sure they are working today also.

yes, you can do upfront medicals.
regarding IELTS, i think as long as you get AOR before feb, you should be fine... but i'm not 100% sure TBH

medical centers list is there on CIC website itself... it has a complete list of hospital plus doctor names (country and city wise)

book the date as early as possible as getting slots on short notice is quite difficult

I wouldn't recommend doing medicals for outland applicants until the last minute because the landing date is dependent on the expiry date of the medical exam (12 months from the date of the medical exam). So, doing medicals as late as possible will give plenty of landing time for the applicant.
