If LMIA is required for people who are applying from back home .. makes sense..
But who are already in Canada, working full time having all the benefits. Why do they need an LMIA? ;D
It is so funny, whoever made this rule, You are working full time, its fine but still you need to arrange an LMIA no matter how much taxes You have been paid in all these years. and on the second hand some xyz can get PR if they have an LMIA no matter if they are living in Canada or not.
And then in the process of LMIA many employers take advantage of employers and eventually it gets rejected.
