Been trying for the past year and although I am qualified and I only had 1 call out of like 50 applications or so. Guess it is because they see I do not have the paperwork.akmoolah said:Ull come to know soon enough , try looking for jobs and contacting potential employers meanwhile.
Yes that's the major problem. Since the employers cant (rather wont) process your LMIA they are looking for you to approach them once you have your PR.malican said:Been trying for the past year and although I am qualified and I only had 1 call out of like 50 applications or so. I think that after issuing AOR's to Jan and Feb applicants, nominations process will start.happynightowl said:How many more silent weeks will we have? :'( :'( :'( Desperate...
Tried calling them up but never get through to a live operator. Moreover I cannot find the direct number of my case officer 'MP'. It is the same number as case officer MM, who I was able to get through. He advised me to call the general line :O. Does anyone else have the same case officer (MP) and able to reach the officer ?Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst. If there is any further information needed for your application, you will be contacted by our officer.
Please note that if you are in Canada, it is your responsibility to remain in legal status throughout the time while your application is being processed by our program.
Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
You are lucky to get one officer in phone. The message you got, it's just a common copy paste message. Case officer's in your file number doesn't mean anything! They are changing in every phases. Once you are requested to submit something then only you may able to contact them directly!!!By the way, I am October Inland applicant. I got my AOR at November 18 with no officer's initial. I got the same answer from OOPNP 5 months ago. Nothing more happened after that!!!!manikmonday said:Hello,
I sent an email to Expressentry@Ontario.ca regarding application status update and got the below reply within 24 hours.

I got a few numbers to contact them from a friend so I tried calling. This is how it went down:rajkamalmohanram said:No news about November applicants. I have sent them an e-mail today telling that it has been 140 days since AOR and have requested them to provide me with the status of my application.

Most numbers went unanswered
About 2 voicemails mentioned they were on training (so they will decrease the amount of applications being pumped out)
I spoke with 3 officers who indicated that I should send an email (which I did months ago) and they do not give out information on the phone. I was told they have an influx and they are working to answer all emails. One Officer even asked me where I got the # and proceeded to say calling them is illegal as they do not know who is on the phone.
Calling is useless.
Raj - let me know how if they respond. Good luck with that!
If multiple Officers are in training they will not have the full resources to function within the time frame they gave for processing. For eg. 3 months for AOR, responding to emails etc.mikek27 said:"So they will decrease the amount of applications being pumped out)"
What do you mean by that ??
