OINP Application sent in March 2016

I have asked them for the log in credentials for the WES. Even i dont understand why are they not understanding the point and when we are the one to make the payment what is the harm in getting it done before hand.

Is there any harm?

Are you in India? Who is your consultant? You need to be tough at times. You paid them. IT makes no sense to wait for OINP to request.

Insist on getting the credentials, and you send the info to OINP.

(go to the January 11, 2016 update) which clearly says that a copy of ECA needs to be sent directly to OINP.

Insist that they do it right away. As you can see, lots of Nov/Dec applicants who are on the verge of nomination now need to order a copy of ECA for OINP, even though they submitted their app much before this communique. This is causing unnecessary delay in their nominations.

After all they are supposed to be the expert and should know these things. Anyway you are the customer and you will be paying for the extra copy. Just ask them to do it.

Keep cool and somehow try to get your profile number, job bank code and file number first. Show them the january 11 OINP update that it is mandatory to send ECA, They will surely do it. Why will they not send if you are going to pay for it? or convince them that you will do it yourself and give them order copy so that they can send to OINP, spoiling relations will not work at this stage. just handle them strictly. take three people with you aged ones who can question them ..hope you get things sorted out

The last option is get the file number or AOR copy. Make a new profile and take job bank code and ask OINP to transfer AOR into new profile. byepass the consultants.

please dont provoke someone to fire, It may spoil things now. They already take more than half money to make your profile so handle them tactfully is best option.

Taking 2 aged people and questioning them will definitely bring some result.

Why aged people bestofluck? Why not young lads? These consultants are indeed creating issues instead of extending support.

Verma paid for services. If consultants wants some extra money, they must ask rather than waiting for OINP to ask for WES ECA

We must simply comply with whatever OINP requests. :'( :'( :'(

Personally, I'll get some hope once I see it moving for Jan applicants. Nov & Dec applicants together might be equal to the number of applicants in Jan.

i got an email from OINP asking me to submit new draft on 21.08.16

I immediately sent the draft as i am in Canada and it was received on 23.08.16

After that, I neither my old draft nor new draft payment receipt.

I even approached the bank and came to know that draft is not encashed till now.

What could me my next action point?

You can try faxing them - that is the only option. I heard a few Feb applicants receiving their draft back recently.

Hello,

Even my draft got expired and I my new draft reached OINP on 6th September, 16.
I assume its taking around 1.5 month to get the receipt and maybe around 2-3 weeks from there to get the old DD.
Recently, Feb applicants have been getting their receipts and old drafts but I haven't heard any March applicant get theirs yet.
Part of the reason for this delay could be that our applications are last in line..

I assume, we could start getting ours this week or next.. Let's see...

This is for whoever has been updating our tracker. Just to let you know I received addicional docs request on September 19th. Submitted scanned copies by email on October 7th and originals by mail today (Otc 10th). And now we wait. Again... :
