OINP - 3 years diploma vs bachelor degree

Hello, In EE profile, the selection for bachelor degree is the same for 3 years or more education program/diploma, which happens to be my case in a nursing diploma, however OINP have sent me an NOI, but according to their website, they only need Bachelor equivalent, so I won't qualify.

Can someone advise if the 3 years diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor degree since they have the same selection in EE?

No, a 3 year diploma is not the equivalnt of a Bachelor degree. Did you complete your studies outside of Canada? If so, have you had your education assessed (ECA) to determine what your diploma is equivalent to in Canada?

Yes I have, IQAS ECA shows 3 years diploma with a focus of nursing.
So say goodbye to OINP NOI then?..

Which specific OINP program have you received the NOI under?

Then yes, you're out of luck. You must have a bachelor degree at a minimum or education outside of Canada that's been assessed as a bachelor degree. A 3 year diploma is a lower level of education than a bachelor degree.

I got the PR.
If you're asking about EE profile, yes, 3 years equals bachelor degree, but for OINP, they specifically ask for 4 years study.

I have same nursing diploma, and I received NOI from OINP in September, but I used WES report, but they withdrew my application. I am looking for someone that got NOI with OINP with diploma that got approved.
