One of the requirements for OHIP is an address proof in Ontario. So although there's no waiting period, how would a landing immigrant have an address proof to submit to Service Ontario? Anyone with an idea if there's some exception to it or any workaround?

i entered Ontario on 22th Feb 2024,stayed 175 days then left the Canada.
came back on 22th Sep 2024.then applied for OHIP.
the question is: did i passed 153 days spend in first 183 days of residency in Ontario or should stay 153 days of 183 days after applying OHIP?

You must stay 153 days from September 22nd, make your permanent home in Ontario and also be in Ontario for the next 6 out of 12 months.
