My spouse younger brother is not well educated and it is taking him too long a time to locate information.

which of the Canadian official document has the names of both parents displaced on it?

Please, i need the name/ type of document so that i can tell him.

He was not born in Canada. And he is a UN Convention refugee that was resettled in Canada. He is now a Canadian citizen.
In that case I can't think of any official Canadian document that would have his parents listed.

Okay. We have been thinking if the younger brother can provide a statement of affidavit stating that they are biological brothers.

No idea. Affidavits typically carry very little weight with IRCC.

I assume the brother in Canada listed his brother in his refugee application as a family member?

I don't know what a community card is. Do you mean a provincial ID card? If so, these would not list the parents names.

By hospital card - I assume you mean the provincial health care card? If so, no - those certainly do not have the parents name listed.
