As for not getting rejected after PFL I thought that was when an officer may have decided to reject the application, but before doing so has to run a misrepresentation check. You're sent a Procedural Fairness Letter asking for more info. If you don't satisfy you are rejected with misrepresentation. If you satisfy, you are then accepted. Maybe I have interpreted it wrong though.

This is true for federal processing. for OINP PFL just means another ADR. I know many PFL applicants who are now nominated and not found one rejected so far.
Officers names are mostly in 2 letters and abbreviations in 3.

Actually applications withheld makes more sense to me that (applications without end) as i was thinking!.. irony is that i am also an architect noc 2151..is this a coincedence?! But the weird thing is in the ADR ..the signature said (senior processing officer AWE)..how would they know who processed this or that application? Or are all withheld applications with one sole officer? Anyway the good thing is that finally we will get our PFLs that apparently doesn't ask for new information since they have a 300 page application package now.

I really don't understand.. It's said not to use exact words in the noc website. This doesn't look word by word copy, but also in line with noc responsibilities. Wondering what's the expectation. By that logic, any letter could be subject to rejections!

just a lame excuse to cover up for the unnecessary delay in the applications of course..we need to know now are withheld applications chosen randomly or is there some sort of correlation? Maybe Certain NOCs?

It is nice to know that you are an architect too... maybe they don't need a lot of architects ! i feel really sorry that i have to go through this painful experience.. i really thought that my experience letter is in line with the NOC , no one told me that the lead statement should be exactly implemented in the NOC. i am going to do one last shot with my the government to gain a letter to sate my duties. if i don't get it then i am 100% rejected.

i am surprised though about one thing .. with the ADR they didn't request pay stubs from this government organization, not at alllll!!!!!!!!!! and i submitted all the documents in the ADR as pay stubs from the companies they requested .. now in the PFL they are telling me that i will be refused against this exact job ! why they didn't raise their concern about this job in the ADR ??? why only in the PFL ??

I am really sad , because i invested a lot of money on the exams and reports and application..and now they are refusing me because of an experience letter . by the way i provided a letter from the high counsel in my country for the employees that states my position and my salary for 3 years ! as well as the resignation letter approved from them and the assigning letter .

i explained that in Syria it is very hard to obtain any letter out of the normal documents that they issue .. more than that the government entity refused to give me back my rejected application for this letter ..my country doesn't want people to immigrate especially when the have a master degree or a PHD ... I hope that OINP take that into consideration.

they do not need architects and that is for sure, however, dont worry much PFL is just a legal step for them to protect themselves from being convicted of fraud the application guide says 90 days post AOR and now we are crossing 200 days post AOR..and we all have case numbers! That we can use to file a lawsuite against them..so relax and dont worry just write down the NOC job tasks from the site and get any HR or old boss to sign it for you also do write down a LOE explaining the situation if you failed to get that experience letter and you will be good to go also if u can do the same with the other job as well that would be great..they want a copy paste for the job title i guess in the experience letter..

Guys, the operator on the phone said that AWE simply stands for an officer's initials and that they probably did that cause there is another officer named AW..anyway all applications must be delayed by a way or another so they will try to linger our processing as much as possible!!

Nothing in OINP is normal.

PFL is your last chance to send them convincing documentation regarding your PoF. Send them all the bank statements and any supporting documents as per the guideline (rules for PoF) to be convincing.
