Officer AWE and still waiting.... whi else in same situation?

guys i got the Procedural Fairness Letter about a week ago, its basically telling me that i am not satisfying one of my requirement... specifically the Sufficient Funds / income.

this is strange because i sent to AWE the same exact document back in December when AWE requested it.

now the email came from AV

is this normal?

This is good, because it's very easy to address and prove that you have sufficient funds. Send them updated documents that show this, make sure the funds are unencumbered and readily available (so no FD, Stock, etc.)... If possible get a letter from you bank that states this! Good luck.

PS: sending things via email to OINP has problematic, so I'd encourage you to courier the documents over.

Ask your bank for a certificate of the actual amount of money on your account and also the equivalence in cad.
Add to that the last 6 month detailed bank account files.. scan everything properly ( ger sure that it respects the required format and has stamps) send it by email and fax it... then call then and ask an agent to get a look on your email. IF an agent contacte you and left you his name and number contact that direct agent. An other advice keep calm and breath
