I got PFL letter from another officer MH

he is saying the my experience is not in line with the NOC. which is i will reply and explain that it line..and i will try to get more information about my experience. they give me 30 days period to supply additional proof that my experience is inline with the NOC. the problem is that one of the companies i worked for is a governmental entity that refused to provide experience letter. so i send them other documents that i worked as this noc including hr issued papers that proves my salary and my designation.

this is my current situation .. i think this is the end of the road for me :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(... but i will try my best to the last breath..and i won't loose hope .. I will try to the end of these 30 days to obtain what ever i can obtain from additional papers and send to them

Try getting a letter from a colleague or manager for the job duties and get it notorized. Also attached email where HR has refused to give you letter with job duties.

I'm concerned that the PFL letters are more common than I thought.

Not only common, the document requests within these PFLs are stupid too...

I do wish people would report the details more clearly of what and why they received them.

I have seen a lot of people get the netters and get PR afterwards, so it's not the end, but still. More details would help others a lot.

I will give more details about my situation here :

In my experience letter point No.2 : Preparing proposals and designs for clients.
In the 2151 NOC : Prepare sketches and models for clients

In my experience letter point No.3 : consulting with clients about their needs , vision and acceptations.
In the 2151 NOC : Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered

In my experience letter point No.4 : Studying tenders and preparing proposals for project tenders
In the 2151 NOC : Prepare bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations and award construction contracts

In my experience letter point No.1 : Preparing Shop drawings for existing premises for Clients.
In the 2151 NOC : Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents for use by contractors and tradespersons

still..i received that the experience is not inline ! please can any one tell me whyyyyyyyy it is not in line ??????????

more over from another employer "governmental authority " , i wasn't able to provide an experience letter, but i provided many other documents, that proves that i am an architect including my salary , the work period and the designation. those are regular documents we receives in case of resignation. but they will not craft any special expire letter aligning duties.

my time line : application received in Feb 26th
AOR : Aug 20
additional document request November
PFL : 20 jan

How many work experience slots did you list? One or two? And for how long was each position?

Did your letters include anything from the lead statement?

"Architects conceptualize, plan and develop designs for the construction and renovation of commercial, institutional and residential buildings. They are employed by architectural firms, private corporations and governments, or they may be self-employed."

I have 5 slots as experience, they only commented on 2 slots ... and no the lead statement is not in any of my work experience. do you think this is the problem ? my experience clearly says i do designs and ideas.

Can you give the exact wording from the letter, please?

It is required that the lead statement is somewhat included or heavily implied.

Not heard of anyone rejected after the PFL...relax and just send them more proof and details as required.

Important:

do's

*To give more proof of NOC kindly attach a separate detail list of work and responsibilities and get it signed by HR or Manager, including most relevant duties.
*To prove your work done kindly send them all payslips and bank account statement highlighting the salary amount. Try to produce Income Tax returns because if the salary is above tax slab of the country sometimes cash paid salary is a doubtful case even if you send payslips.

dont's

Do not change the reference letter or job duties but attach a separate sheet describing additional duties assigned
Do not change NOC code as far as possible

AWE is not a officer but it means Application withheld.

Thank you very much for your support and explanation.
i will follow your advice .

what a nice thing to know that AWE is not an officer..hahahahah...after all of this time !

I don't find anything wrong with this letter. Feeling sorry for you.

I really don't understand.. It's said not to use exact words in the noc website. This doesn't look word by word copy, but also in line with noc responsibilities. Wondering what's the expectation. By that logic, any letter could be subject to rejections!
