would CIC really gonna transfer my file over there to be processed or its gonna be processed at CPC ottawa anyway?
Is it gonna affect the time line?

Any clue, guys?

Should be CPC Ottawa, not sure if it will affect the time line.

How do you request your processing office? I don't think I ever got that option - it's always the one in Ottawa..

For CEC, appln will be processed at CPC, Ottawa.

The OP is referring to the question "Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application", and the section in the instruction guide on what to put there.

The choice won't affect the timeline, and it's not likely to have any practical effect at all, as the applications are currently all processed at CPC-Ottawa anyway.

Thanks folks.
