Offer of employment Help plzzz

Hi everyone,
I got ITA on May 4th and I am in the middle of submitting my documents.
I need to upload my offer of employment letter and I have LMIA which supports my job offer, and the LMIA expiry date is June 16th.
Does anybody knows what should I write on expected start day in my letter?
should it be a date in a future or sometimes in the past befor ITA?
Is it important to be before expiry date of LMIA?
could anybody provide sample for offer of employement?

And besides the job offer letter, before or after ITA,do they require any "proof of employment"? If so, what?
