I'm almost ready to submit application under CEC. The one section that is bothering me is the Offer of Employment. My NOC code is 0013, I'm on an LMIA exempt work permit through inter-company transfer. Prior to current role I worked for same company in two roles at NOC 0601. I have my original offer of employment from 2016 which relates to NOC 0601 (although it doesn't state the NOC), my employer has not issued any further offers as the terms of my employment remained the same, roles and remuneration changed.
My question here is - will it be sufficient under offer of employment to submit the original job offer letter, my latest work permit application for NOC 0013 and a copy of my current permit?
I do have the employment reference letters and a letter of employment too which states employed for an indeterminate period but there is a specific section for the letter of employment.

You generally need a new offer letter extending your employment for at least a year after you become a PR.
hi i am in nearly the same situation:

i got a one year experience with my postdoc LMIA exempt and now i am a university professor LMIA exempt with the same university (so the university will state that it will assure the one year after my PR)

so i worked in the same NOC 4011 but now my conditions changed (salary)

yet my question is regarding the conditions for the valid job offer for EXPRESS ENTRY

as my valid job offer is the university professor and the one year experience was as a postdoc researcher , (will i be able to get the 50 points for my case ?)

Thanks a lot!i will appreciate your answers :)

What did you do? Did you get your PR?
