At first choose a college where u want to study then, in some colleges u can apply online by filling out a form the scan your documents(such as ielts if applicable, previous education certificates diplomas) send them by email. But in some colleges you may need to download an application and send them by mail with your supporting documents and application fees . $65 or $75 is charge for application if you are sending by email you must have credit card. SOME COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES HAVE DIFFENT PROCEDURE check out the website of the college where u want to apply and if the given information is not complete u should give them a call. After applying it will take about 2months to get an offer letter (if u got accepted). im my case i have applied online at seneca and i received letter after 2month
