I'm CEC, AOR Oct 11.
No updates since then, besides asking to pay again for biometry although I have a valid 1-year old biometry.
Paid on Dec 08, sent a receipt via IRCC webform, got no response, even automated.
Called agent today, they told that they don't see my receipt.
Re-sent the receipt today, still no automated response.
Previously I got an automated response in 1 day max.
Anyone experiences the same?
For PR application you will have to submit new biometrics even if you have a valid old one. So, please make the payment and give biometrics ASAP

To give biometrics I need to get the BIL from IRCC.
To get the BIL, I've been continuously submitting my receipt of Biometrics fees paid to IRCC in https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.
However, they say they don't receive the CSEs I'm sending.
I don't receive any acknowledgements of reception of my CSEs.
There is no upload fields in my application.
How should I proceed?
The agent said continue sending webforms.
I feel like something is wrong.

Do we need submit biometrics even though it was submitted for a study permit two years ago?
 
same for me.. AOR Oct 4. PNP Outland. The eligibility is not started and background check is in progress since Oct 27

If immigration, should I select biometrics per person? as I already paid 85$ and remaining 85$ would cover this?

Got the BIL on 07-nov
