I had a question, Usually The Biometrics letter is issued after MEP is cleared. Just wanted to know will the application be on hold until the biometrics are submitted?
I ask so because VAC centres in my country seems to be closed indefinitely.

Either or, until you do biometrics you can't progress much further.

I submitted the e-APR for CEC Express entry on October 20th, 2020, and until now I did not receive my AOR. How long does it take to receive it?? I thought it gets generated by the system within 24 hours. Please advise! Thanks.

AOR is an auto generated confirmation that your application was submitted successfully. For most applicants AOR is immediately sent, however in some case it can take longer up to 24 hours.
