Hi..please see below situation;
FSW-O
AOR- 8 Oct 2017
MEP -25 Oct 2017
BG check: we will inform once we start your background check.
No change since MEP till date.
Almost 76 days now since AOR.
E-mailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
and got below reply;
"Please note that your application is currently at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia and has not yet been transferred to a local visa office"

Anybody with similar situation?
Any guess what stage I might be at?

Please comment. Thank you.

Yeah mate. My application is also at Nova Scotia. Presumably, NS office takes around 3-4 months to open your file. So you better hang in there. We wont get PR before March considering worst case scenario.

**Current Processing**:
*Processing in December seemed to be quite active, there have been numerous days when multiply applicants reported PPR. Current processing stands as follows:

Source: https://myimmitracker.com/en/dashboard/canada/estimation_and_analysis

PPR Trend (average median)

**PPRs this year so far:**
*As you can see the busiest were the summer months, when on average we have seen 600+ PPRs being reported monthly. The trend is going down, however, it correlates with the number of ITAs being issued.

As we can see the FSW has been dominating all these months and the same remains now

PPR by Visa Office
*Ottawa on average issues over 50% of all PPRs. Keep in mind that 55-65% are FSW-O applicants. It means that LVOs play less role than ever before when it comes to issuing your PPR.

**current average wait from IP2 to PPR by stream:**
*As you can see it takes time. Please be aware all these background check statuses are just indicators and they not always work. Never rely on them to be happy or not happy :)

**Statuses by the month of submission up to date:**[/URL]
*Up to July more than 60% had been cleared. June stands at 75%. We should see some clearing up for August soon.

**Statuses by months for PNP:**
*As you can see PNP applicants face a much longer wait, the PNP EE timelines are nearly equal for Paper based PNP applicants. Well, still paper based takes longer on average.

**Average wait for PNP by province:**

**Average based on the nationality:**
*I don't see much correlation between nationality and processing times as of now. There is no clear trend.

**Average wait based on VO:**

Hi..thanks for responding. Any particular source to say NS takes 3-4 months to open file. Also, if Medical has passed, I assume that file has been opened already. Please comment.

I quoted 3-4 months because this is what I have read on this forum. There are even groups out there for people stuck at NA2. The application goes through different stages and hence gets carried through different locations. I dont think your medical was passed at Nova Scotia office. Typically NS office conducts background checks.

Anyway, let's wait for two more weeks and see what happens. Christmas break is already here. So dont expect any movement.

Hi Andy,

Please add me to October AOR whatsapp group. I just joined this forum, my AOR is Oct 26 2017.

My ADR changed to none required, the very next morning they requested one!!
Submitted it before the December 7th deadline & Got the PPR email on the 19th
Mine is still "additional documents you provided have been uploaded" for the past 2 weeks after ADR

Mine is still "additional documents you provided have been uploaded" for the past 2 weeks after ADR
Similar case with my application. Only difference is that my status says "Additional documents are being reviewed"

ADR on November 1, 2017. ADR deadline is Jan 1, 2018, but I submitted documents on Dec 4th. No update after Dec 4th.

A friend of mine AoR November 21st got PPR today CEC inland as well.

I’m in IP2 still since Nov 24. Has anyone IP2 Nov 24th received PPR yet?
