Before AOR is also possible but no one can tell if you input something wrong or if the application is not registered yet. After AOR you should be able to link it with application number.
BIL is when they start processing so no, it won't be returned.

Up to this day we cant link my husband daughter GCKey.. we tried everything .. it’s so weird and finicky. The other day we tried on her hickey it gave up 10 try.. I was shocked and still nothing .

I was able to link./add PR application in GC Key.
The error i was encountering could have been (No of applicants on this application - I was putting 1, which errored out and when i put 2 - it was successful)

correct. the sponsor is counted as well for this field.

So on GCKey - its mentioned Biometrics not required and as one was provided during Study Permit. Got a BIL this week and completed just now. Hopefully will see an update next week?
Also still no AOR

Has anyone been able to use the UCI number and other information to link the PR application with CG key? It seems that without AOR people can still link their application and see the PR application number.

For the SOWP do we need to have the AOR pfd or can we simply put the PR application number that we can see after linking?

Yes, i did and AOR received the next day.
For SOWP you need the actual AOR.

Do you think if we were able to link and see the PR application no., does it mean that they have already reviewed all documents and AOR is ready to send out?!
