Is the potential election makes everyone in govt work slow - someone told me that they will deliberately slow things down due to potential election
I don't think that the upcoming election would be causing a work slowdown. More likely the delays are due queue lengths at individual processing offices, as well as IRCC staff cuts and an overall increase in the citizenship application backlog:Is the potential election makes everyone in govt work slow - someone told me that they will deliberately slow things down due to potential election
"Someone told me" - people talk a lot of nonsense. See, for example, the US president. Is the potential election makes everyone in govt work slow - someone told me that they will deliberately slow things down due to potential election
That person works in the federal but not in immigration- not sure if he’s BS. Can’t really affirming nor disaffirm."Someone told me" - people talk a lot of nonsense. See, for example, the US president.

I have a similar case as yours, I am primary applicant, I was asked for FP, submitted on 1st Feb...no updates so sent a web form on 24th, got response saying FP Recieved on 14th Feb, LPP updated to complete on 26th Feb but BG and Prohibitions still "Processing"Hey, how do you know when RCMP mailed the fingerprints to IRCC Vancouver? Did you call them (if so, which number?). My wife submitted her fingerprints on Feb 12, LPP updated to Completed on Mar 10, but BG and Prohibitions still "Processing". I've sent an webform yesterday. My process is all completed except the "Ceremony" have not started.
