Hey Guys,
Is there anyone here who submitted application on or before 9th of October, got AOR on or before 22nd October but there is no update after that?

Hey guys,
My AOR is Oct 22 and I haven’t gotten an update since then. Not even a test invite — it still says Not Started.
Is this normal? Anyone else in the same boat?

Would I have to wait until after new year to get the test invite?
Exactly same boat! Did you get any update?

Hey, yes thankfully got some updates.

AOR - Oct 22
Test invite in progress - Dec 23. Test window Jan 3 - Feb 1.
Test email - Dec 27.
Office - Scarborough.
BG complete - Dec 30.
Did my test on Jan 3 (19/20) and waiting for Test to be Complete on tracker.

I did notice that there would be a 2 day delay with my tracker. Like I saw the Test change to In Progress on Dec 25 but on the timeline it says Dec 23. Same with Background.

So I think you should be getting some updates soon as well!

"Hi everyone, Happy New Year to all! I have a question about applying for Canadian citizenship. I arrived in Canada in November 2019, received asylum approval in June 2021, and got my PR card in March 2023. Could someone help me calculate when I would be eligible to apply for citizenship? I’d really appreciate your assistance. Thanks!
Use the physical presence calculator to check to see how soon before you can apply for citizenship. You need to have been a PR for at least 2 years before applying. Use the date on your Notice of Decision letter as the date of confirmation of your Protected Person (Refugee) Status. You may be eligible to apply sometime towards the end of this year assuming you have not travelled outside of Canada.

When the time comes, include a copy of your Notice of Decision letter with your application. Good luck!

What’s the date for your test window? I’ve noticed that they tend to not provide any updates on LPP or oath until after the end of the test window regardless of how soon in the window you completed the test.
