If you can view the file in GCKey, then you should be able to view it in the Portal. You need to make sure you put in the information exactly as it is on the PA Application. For number of people on the application the sponsor + primary applicant = two so you need to type two or three. For first name of PA you need to put in first name, then space and middle name if the PA has one.
I am able to link the file in GCKey. I tried to create account using the UCI into the new PR tracker "https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register" with exact information as it is on the file (I tried with all possible combination) but it always returns a message "
- Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on your application. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your application is not in our system yet.

I would have the PA or someone on file as a representative call IRCC and confirm the information required for the portal.

Waiting for Biometric and Medical request.
Does any one know why did the sponsor received the AOR and not the principal applicants. We didn't put sponsor as representative.
Also I don't know the new process but I linked the application to the GCkey and can see it as submitted on the pr portal. Do I need to link it to somewhere else I keep hearing people say or tracker, is it a new thing?

Same with me but I don't even know what that portal is for. I'm pleased that I can track it with GCkey. I dig up a bit and found that you can link it after you get your sponsorship approval.

The portal provides additional information as to the current status of a PR application (https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login). For paper applications, they have the ECAS system and Portal. Online is only Portal.

This PR tracker (https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login) applies to both online and paper applications. Mine is paper application and I can track my application with this link as well.

My bad, I worded it wrong. Paper based are the only ones that have access to ECAS. I re-worded my response.
I have the exact same problem. Submitted outland online spousal sponsorship application on 14 October 2022. AOR = 21 December 2022
did you digitally sign- as in type in the names? or used the photo of hand signature as digital sign?
