Hi..
A friend couldn't pass the citizenship test ( 14/20 ) but the tracker updated to test completed. Will this test be considered as pass or will he have to give the test again? if so, when does he anticipate an email?

They will receive another test invite rescheduling him for another test at a later date... It could be a couple of months

I just received same type of email, requesting a new picture of the ID.
Is there any format for the email? like, put my application id in the Subject line?

You are receiving this notice because we were unable to verify your photo identification (ID) required during the online test.
In order for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to accept the results of your online test, a copy of your photo ID is required. Acceptable photo ID includes, a valid (not expired) ID with your photo and signature on it (for example, driver's licence or health card), or a Permanent Residence Card (even if it is expired). If you do not have a photo ID, please provide an explanation.

Just reply back to the same email with attached copy of your ID.

Was the exam hard?

The exam was okay. Used https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/ and Toronto library test. But good to read the book once
