Finally some update, AOR January 14th, Online Applicant. This week I got 2 ghost update and today 28th June, Background Check Completed. Now waiting for the test.

Did you get any email for the ghost update or was it just an update when you logged in?
Didn't get any email. It just showed Updated 27th June, updated 28th, Updated 29th June with Background verification. I paid 75$ extra, so they returned that on 28th, second update was for that reason.
when was your submitted date for your online application? it would give other some idea when to expect updates

goo gal MP your aria and office address they ask you fill up authentication form he can do your behalf paper work to ircc
No, on the top right corner of your screen in application tracker, there is a Updated Date. So if there is no specific reason for it to be updated, then its called a ghost update

received my Invitation to take Online Canadian Citizenship Test .
It says test should be taken between July 1, 2022 and July 21, 2022
there is a link to start the test but when i give my application number and UCI it says you can't take the test right now so is it because it's not July 1st yet ?
or should i be getting one more mail with exam link.

it's obvious, you can't take the test until July 1st. You need to wait! I believe they will be sending you an email with the link, and if you don't get it, check your tracker and/or call IRCC.

My tracker page was updated on 23rd of this month and it is waiting on me to take the test between 15th of July and 4th August, but I have not received any email so far. Do I need to wait to receive the email? Can I take the test without any email?

You will be getting an invitation email soon. In my case, I git it before the test date for a few days
