If you reach out now, you will probably be told that you are well within normal processing times. If you go years without any movement, that's when you can seek their help, and they MAY be able to wake up IRCC and get your file going... even then their influence doesn't help much.

Just out of curiosity, was your BG process completed quite early too?
For me AOR : Dec 22. Started Processing - Jan 22 : BG Completed : Jan 25.
And then there is zero update since then.

How about years?

I can memorize numbers easily (engineering background) so that was not a problem, if you do the practice tests repeatedly for a couple of days before you take it, you will pass with flying colours.

I am not sure but doubt if federal employees will work during weekends.

Whether they work on weekends or not, updated on online tracker definitely can occur on weekends.

My tracker page was updated on 23rd of this month and it is waiting on me to take the test between 15th of July and 4th August, but I have not received any email so far. Do I need to wait to receive the email? Can I take the test without any email?

My application status says I’ve been scheduled for an online test. Why haven’t I received an invitation?
This means we have scheduled your test and that the invitation is on its way to you. You must wait until you receive the invitation before you can take the test.
If you haven’t received your invitation by the “start date” in the citizenship application tracker, send an email to IRCC.CitOnlineTest-TestenligneCit.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. In your email, include

• a detailed explanation of the issue
• your application number
• your unique client identifier (UCI)

received my Invitation to take Online Canadian Citizenship Test .
It says test should be taken between July 1, 2022 and July 21, 2022
there is a link to start the test but when i give my application number and UCI it says you can't take the test right now so is it because it's not July 1st yet ?
or should i be getting one more mail with exam link.

I listened the discover canada audio book like 5 times and did practice questions on a discover canada app https://canadiancitizenship.page.linkf/Tbeh that I downloaded, as well as YouTube practice questions
