What is AoR 2 and what written in that ?
Based on my understanding from what other users have mentioned on this forum AOR2 is the second acknowledgment of receipt of your application from your Principal Applicants Visa Office. This can be verified from the ECAS. If anyone has more information, please feel free to comment.

I have not. They said it would be up to a couple weeks, which Thursday will be 2 weeks since my medical. I thought maybe he was giving me a conservative estimate since most results I've seen on the google spreadsheet show medical passed about 4 or 5 days after the medical date. But now I'm realizing he really meant a couple weeks lol. I just don't want to have someone strict doing my paperwork and cause any extra delays

dont worry about it, did mine on april 7 but only shows on ecas on april 18 which was yesterday

But was that outside your 30 day window they tell you to have it done when they send the medical request? I'm trying not to worry, but I'm going to be very upset if any delays happen because of this drs office

You should have 90 days to complete your medical test from the date of receipt of the letter (as stated within the letter) I wouldn’t be too surprised if the IRCC is lenient in this 90 day limit due to covid challenges and availability of doctor appointments.

Keep receipt of doctors office and on Safer side send this one to IRCc through webform .

I double checked, it clearly says I have 30 days to complete my medical. I guess good news is, it says complete my medical, not have my medical results turned in. So hopefully this week I get some news about passing that and can move on to the next step and get my biometrics done

I don't think you need to worry about the time between actually having the medical done and it being submitted and whether that second stage is within the 30 days.

Through AOR2 CIC informs the PR applicant the regional office has received their application package. PR Applicant gets a UCI number which is different from Sponsor UCI. If application contains Dependent -also get individual UCI no.

Thanks .

Question, on the main page of my GCKey site, where it shows my application, my current status now says "submitted" where before, I believe it said your action is required, which it had said ever since they sent me my medical instructions. Does this mean they've received my medical results? When I click into my application page, nothing seems to have changed, and under medical exam, it still says "we have requested a medical exam, check your messages below"

Also, ECAS doesn't show anything new either.

I went to a Service Canada office to give my biometrics and they only took my fingerprints, but no photo. When I asked them about the photo, they said they're not doing them because of taking off masks during Covid.

Does that sound right? Is IRCC temporarily not requiring photos for biometrics? (My case is for Permanent Residence.)
