Yeah you have dial in your UCI first and it gives you ton of different options to choose from. It took me 20 min to reach the option where you can talk to an agent. I am sorry I dnt remember the options though.Changed the options? Can you please explain further?

If they can't answer anything other than they are low on staff, it might mean we'll have further delays in our processing.
Any one has an idea . How much time it takes from Aor to sponsorship approval ?Thank you for the explanation btw!

Yesterday was 2 weeks since we received my AOR. Still waiting to hear anything else from them. Hoping to hear something soon *checks email again*
