I have applied for citizen application for Family of 5

Its been long have not received AOR its 5 month 20 days i called CIC they saying you have to Waite we have your application delay because of COVID reason i have all my friend got their AOR who applied after me. CIC saying we have your application you dont have resend last they said Waite for few months Any one can help in this situation
