He/She is talking about the call centre. Just call the client suppport center and ask for your local office and they will tell. Call in the morning 8am to get hold of the phone line. We dont have specific agent for the file. Our file gets transferred to local office after sometime of receipt number issuance.

Thank you, for your advice. I was calling that phone number and I finally got an answer. My application is in the Scarborough office; however, I don't know if it is a good or bad office considering the time taken for them to respond or update my status.
Since the fingerprint request for me and my oldest son who turned 16, I have not heard from them nor have I received any updates. Has anyone with the same office? Have they had any updates on their application lately?

Its one of the better offices comparing to others but the thing is that, all offices have some bunch of left out files. So its not depending on office, it depends on mostly with the officers in there.

Fingerprint takes time in most cases as i have seen very few get it within days/2 week but most of them take more than 1-2 months or some times 3 months to get it fully updated and for completing background check.

Watch out your office progress/updates etc.

Today I called IRCC. The officer told me my application was completed (decision made) this morning at 11:45 am! Both Ecas and the online tracker are yet to be updated. He said they are now waiting for the Scarborough office to schedule my oath ceremony. My test was updated to complete on June 14th.

P.S.: I had requested urgent processing, the officer told me he can see my request on file and he said he is pretty sure my request is approved. His line of reasoning: If they approve your request, they don't write anything on it. If they do not accept it, they usually write a note saying why they don't think your request meets the criteria for urgent processing (not interested in any debates, I am just relaying all the information the officer told me, as honestly as I can).

I checked ecas just now, my status has been updated to decision made. Also online tracker is updated, only the ceremony remaining, everything else completed. Could you please update the tracker?

Yes that’s the link. Online tracker will also show that everything is completed, except the oath ceremony is not started.

Friends - Any idea on how soon do I get an update on Oath date? Does they normally provide you the date on the same day, they update the other status'es to complete or will it take time to get an update on Oath date? I'm currently out of Canada. Depending on the Oath date, I should make my travel arrangements. Please advise!

This is Decision Made. You're in line for oath.

Assume it'll take about 2 months to get an oath date. Currently, for 2020 applicants, oath is being scheduled in October, November and December. So, I guess you'll have plenty of time to arrange for travel back to Canada.
