I didn't know there was an Urgent Processing option when we sent the documents by mail as a family. On the online form, one can only request it for one person. There is no option to request for the whole family.did you request urgent processing for all member of family one by one? or you sent just one request for whole family?
i'd suggest you to give CIC a call and clarify with them, this would be the best and quickest way...
I tried emailing CIC and got a round-about-the-bush answer that didn't tell me anything useful apart from waiting and checking the tracker.
What number should I call? Is there one where you actually talk to a person and not a machine?
