Added. How many days of physical presence? Also, did it really take 4 months for your application to be received by IRCC? wow

We had it returned because I missed a check-box allowing them to look in to my wife's tax returns so I had to mark the little box and send it back again.
I don't remember the number of physical presence days but it was 200-300 days over the minimum at least. We waited a little bit to apply for citizenship after our PR.

I think I saw few Jan 2022 DM getting oath invitation. So, I am not sure when to expect oath invitation.

There is no acknowledgement receipt saying that they received passport copy. After submission of passport copy, it is again wait & watch game like every other step in the process.

Honestly there’s no precise timeline, DM can vary - it could be set a few weeks after your test or even after a few months. In my case, I got DM just 1 week before I hit the 6 months mark since my test.

I think it has to do with when your background check is expiring.

Varies from 1 day upto 69 days which i found. Mine was complete to DM after 2 months of Test in Jan 28 and oath scheduled for 4 Feb 2022.

Yea i thought so. My BG check expires in March so hopefully i get some sort of DM before that.

That's a good point. I just checked the notes I got in the fall and my validity date is March 8, 2022. Decision has been made on my file, but I wonder if they'd have to restart/re-do it if I don't take the oath by then.

It's my 3rd month since the test Passed but so far nothing. No update in my online tracker. Sent them emails and web form but no response. Not sure what's going on with IRCC . But trust me it's pretty stressful.
