My husband and I applied last year on October 13; he is the principal applicant. However, we had some problems with his criminal record; we managed to get it just until July 22, and so far, we haven't got any update since then. We ordered GCMS notes, and our timeline is this:

AOR: October 13, 2020
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: In progress

It seems like they will take more time since the security hasn't started yet. I am not sure if the criminality in progress means that they are looking into our criminal records or if they haven't checked them yet.

Our work permits spire in December and January; we were hoping not to renew them but, it seems like we won't get our PR's before they expire.

Any comment on our situation?

Hi everyone!

On 18th of October, I turned to IRCC via the web form. I asked about my expired medical exam: should I do a re-med or what.
And since that day, IRCC mailed me back THRICE (on 18th, 20th of October and 10 minutes ago).
And as you can easily expect, none of these mails contain anything useful.

I've no question, just want to share it as a new evidence that something is wrong with IRCC's workflow processes.

Hi all!

I received on AOR on 31st October 2020 under FSW Inland and my application has not changed since February 2021. Now I am eligible for CEC as well. Should I wait for FSW application to be approved or apply again in CEC category? Also, I can apply under BC PNP. What will you recommend based on fastest chances of approval?

Apply for CEC once CEC draws resume.

Got Passport request email today
FSW-O
COR- USA
VO- Montreal (received the letter from Hamilton office)
AOR- October 26 2020
Single, no dependents.
Ghost updates twice in the past month.

The letter seems confusing though, with no clear directions on how/where to send my passport to. I will figure it out this week.

This whole process has been a rollercoaster, but I am glad it's (almost) over. Goodluck everyone.
