I think FSW ITA will start going out although I don't expect FSW AORs to move forward. CIC will first prioritize the most recent CEC applications (and they are a lot of them still pending from 2020 -- going as far back as Feb 2020 that I have seen on this forum). Also a lot of FSW applications dating as far back as 2019 Q4 are still pending.
It is pathetic how bad IRCC is treating applicants. Yesterday I saw a guy with May 2021 AOR receive PR (CEC) while this dude has been waiting since Feb 2020 (and a valid job offer in hand)

IRCC is playing god, they don't care about procedure, wait times, no first in first out, don't care about the feeling or state of mind of applicants or anything.... it's basic human nature when you start feeling a lot of power within your disposal, they bring in whom they so wish, when they want and that's that.
He's not trolling, it's even more than "majesty". IRCC is playing god.

Which is your visa office? It seems for outland applicants, visa offices in Canada are the worst, at least there are little progress with offices outside Canada.

Your application won't withdraw instantly and you will have to wait until they process your withdrawal
