Hi! Does anybody know the difference between fsw-inland and cec?

Thanks @legalfalcon, I have seen this page. Since I am seeing whenever file moves I see some progress happens on cases, do you see in this case as well can we expect some momentum? Since Nov 2020 file has not been touched

I cannot speculate, but when a file moves to another office, it sure is a sign. However, why it was moved, whether it was transferred by an officer are more vital questions.

If your eligibility is passed, then you have nothing to worry, just wait and you will get the COPR soon.

Thanks @legalfalcon , I have requested for GCMS Notes and hopefully I get some news before I receive my GCMS Notes

IF you are issued the COPR before your new passport arrives, then you do not have to update since the COPR has been issued and the application is approved and closed.

However, if the new passport arrives and the COPR has not been been issued then you have to send a copy of the bio pages of your passport to IRCC via webform.

Thanks a lot, @legalfalcon. I have one more query as in web form we have to provide details of passport . I should mention details of my old passport as well as my new passport or just give them details of the new passport. What should I mention the country of issue as a new passport will mention the place of issue as Toronto. TIA for your valuable suggestions.

In the webform, you only have to provide the details of your new passport, and attach a copy of the biographical pages of your renewed passport.

Hi everyone I'm FSW-O based in the US, AOR Oct 17, 2020, and just wanted to report - I've had 2 GU since early May this year. First in early May (don't remember exactly when) and just got another one today. The application status for each sub-item didn't change for all but it does seem like they are actively processing FSW-O (or at least for applicants in the US). Have ordered notes in mid-May so will get to see how things are going hopefully by end of next week. Figures crossed :)

Please do well to share the outcome with us when you receive the notes.

Hi.. Am FSW - O applicant. Indian citizen working in KSA. Is it ok to resign my current job ( for which i claimed points) and relocate to India. Will it affect my PR process negatively ? As per GCMS notes, my stats are as follows :
Info sharing - complete

Eligibility - passed

@legalfalcon looking foreward for your advice..

YEs, you can resign, as the application is locked when you submit your application. Any changes thereafter do not impact your score or processing. However, let IRCC know that you no longer work at the place of employment stated in your application via webform. No documents are necessary.
