If we get copr while we are out of Canada, do we have to inform ircc?
do they give any time limit in copr letter to complete landing?

When you receive COPR as an inland, it will be stamped and signed, to travel back, you will have to apply for PRTD.

IRCC, before issuing a COPR can ask if your re in Canada or not. If not, then you may be asked to provide an address change and a PPR will be sent asking you to submit the passport at the LVO.

However, if you are send a COPR, then you will have to obtain a PRTD to travel back to Canada as the COPR is signed and stamped.

Oh, my friends, I am in your shoes. I count every single day to quit my job. I do not dare to leave before knowing my eligibility is passed since I know exactly what my witchy boss will say to IRCC.
What a ditto situation,wanna quit everyday but there are folks in even more desperate condition... thinking about that keeps me going and btw I'm a Sept 12 2020 AOR .... Waiting for my time to come ☺️

Not my case but one of my friends who submitted CEC inland ( Toronto), AOR on Dec 15, 2021, got PPR yesterday.
She checked the timeline the day before, it said 50% processing. The day later, she got a PPR email. Lmao
I have no ideas how the freak IRCC works on an applications. It's so weird how they pick and choose which applications to be processed.
Her NOC is not essential jobs like healthcare workers or nurses., just an event coordinator.

@legalfalcon
Even inland applicants get PPR? Do all the inland applicants receive it or there is some criteria?

Up until 2019 they were. Then they were called for a landing interview or could go to the border, then they had the landing interview and now they only get a COPR signed and stamped.

However, on a case by case basis this can differ. But the general trend is that if an applicant is in Canada, they will be issued a COPR, or can be asked to us the PR landing portal or have a phone interview.

Hello @legalfalcon
I witnessed a GU today when logging in to my account.
Last thing I found out from my notes is that my eligibility is RR but everything is Met or appears Met and the RR was for the stat question.
Is it possible that this GU means I passed eligibility?

Get GCMS notes. That will give you some clarity , instead of getting frustrated. Just an advice. Atleast CEC are aware that files are moving. I wonder how frautated fsw candidates are.
Good luck.
Omgg, I'm such a noob here. Could you tell me GCMS notes are and how I can get them? Feels like they're useful

Yes, for sure

@stefi2020
your eligibility is also recommended to pass? what about security and criminality, same status?
Mmhh. Criminallity in progress since November, eligibility has just started (called Monday 16th March). Security not started...

Got an extremely generic reply to a web form I sent 24 days back. 30 days up and GCMS notes are still not here. How long can Covid be used as an excuse and why are IRCC still on reduced staff? What is the scientific proof behind closure of the border for over a year despite politicians’ requests and letting hundreds of COPR’s expire every day with no option but waiting for a manual extension or an AL? And how is it that Canada is vaccinating just 130,000 people a day compared to 2.5 million in the US?
