You're absolutely right. I've mentally prepared myself to not expect a PPR before July atleast, with an AOR of October 2020. I'm following another thread which has people discussing and predicting when the next FSW draw will be after the 27,000 CEC draw, its a sad sad thread
I swear...this is a very tough time for immigration in general... more so FSW!! I know many people that have given up entirely.. like they have abandoned all plans of going to Canada, not cause they want to but cause the current happenings are discouraging. I hope we all make it through this though.

Agreed!!!!!!

Once these 27000 applicants have their AORs, IRCC is completely screwed. I just hope we (till January applications) get our COPRs before IRCC starts processing them.

Vfs india is complete chaos, got a biometrics appointment for coming monday without entering the dependent’s BIL details as the website wasnt allowing it. Got an email today that you must enter dependent’s BIL while applying for appointments, but the website still doesnt allow. Utter confusion. Anyone else facing the same issue.

Chill buddy, everything will pass in just a week's time.

I was also worried since January mid that Criminality is taking so long, but when I called IRCC this week she said between 23 Jan and 28 Jan everything passed.

Keep your hopes up! Even if we don't get the COPRs soon, I guess its a good sign. lol

We'll eventually end up in the long queue of awaiting PR cards.. :D

We are the lucky ones, at least we are here working in our prime domains. The FSW applicants must be feeling so left out during this whole lockdown shit. They are the ones who are facing their worst nightmares of this waiting game..
thanks for the message. Can you please explain between 23rd and 28th, what were the things that got passed?

Indeed! Another thing I'm worried is the economy, most of the people planning to move canada do so for economic reasons, what are they going to do if business activity doesn't pick up at a rate that will create jobs for everybody. The company I work for has closed its operations in many countries and its becoming increasingly difficult to just stay afloat because of the downturn. I hope things get better after the vaccine rollout.

IRCC is like an attractive person on an online dating app... there will always be people showing interest, no matter what they say lol

This is what agent confirmed.

Jan 23: Criminality
Jan 28: Eligibility
Jan 28: Security
Just out of curiosity, when the bar was visible on CIC website (which was taken off later) did it specify a date by which you would get COPR?
