1)At what stage does IRCC call to employer to verify employment?

2) Do they surely call to employer? or in some cases , they dont call at all?

3)I have passed eligibility. does it mean IRCC has already verified my employment?

4) if i leave my job after passing eligibility , is there any chance IRCC can know about it ?

Today I received below reply from IRCC for my webform :-

All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
Furthermore, we verified the information on file and can confirm that:

• The background verifications are in process.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification has not been initiated.

What exactly this reply means? Moreover I raised the webform on 6th January, so does that mean it was the status of my file on 6th January or is it the current status?

I think the last round of eligibility check was done on my profile before issuing COPR.

Do you mean PPR or actual COPR?

COPR...January 8. The date showing on my Eligibility and the same day i got COPR.
