LVO as in Local Visa Office? At this point they either send files to LVO after eligibility is passed or on work load distribution. Does your Background check say "application in progress" or have you seen any Ghost Updates?

Haven't had any GU recently. The most recent one I had was on January 08, 2021 and the one before that was on December 16, 2020.

I'm in Nigeria. I don't know my VO, I've never called IRCC either. As for verifications I can't really tell.
