Great, webform says eligibility passed but what does it show on the CIC account for you ? Regarding Eligibility ?

cic account shows eligibility in progress. I think it will show that way till we get PPR.

Got below Webform response today. Does it mean eligibility and criminality passed ??

• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Can you provide more details, as to who is the PA and who sent the webform.

If you re not authorised to obtain information for an individual IRCC will ask you to submit the Release of Information to an Individual form.

Folks last week I called IRCC and they mentioned Eligibility is in progress and today I called again to see if there is any progress they said my Eligibility is not started. Was surprised to hear. I check thrice to check about Eligibility and they did confirm is not started because the criminal check is in progress. How can they inform wrongly by looking at the system. I am still waiting for my GCMS notes to see what is the actual status.

My AoR date is Oct 12 and CEC & PNP Inland

hmm, they cannot interchange eligibility passed for R10 completeness. The agent clearly told eligibility is in progress not passed. Without R10 completion how can I get MES update and start criminality test. Its almost 10 so technically it means my eligibility is not started . My criminality is going on close to 2 months now.

Hello. Does anyone know how I can check my visa office? Outland FSW. Sent them an email, they replied requesting that I send it via web form. I did that a long time ago, but no reply. And their call line isn’t available outside Canada

It shows "we are processing your background check..." since beginning.
I think for PNP applicants it never changes but may defer case to case.
