Yes, I have given biometric on 22nd December. Biometric updated on that day and bgc is showing that we are progressing your background check.

Has anybody been able to reach IRCC today? I was waiting on the cue to speak to an agent for the longest of time, only for them to tell me that they are unable to transfer me to an agent due to the high level of calls they are recieveing.

try calling again later and request for a call back. They do call back.

Hello All - I am reading this thread and people are talking about Ghost update is Sign of PPR. My AOR is 9 OCT , FSW-O , Applying from USA . Can anyone please let me know what do you mean by ghost update exactly ?
