Yes definitely. I submitted my RCMP upfront along with my File submission.

We already submitted application. MED 21 Nov. do we need RCMP.. or will we be asked for it?

20th Nov - I got a mail from cic that there is a message waiting for me in my application. I logged in and i had got my BIL and my medical result was - passed on 19th November.

21st Nov- I got another mail saying that my application status has changed - though it is same as yesterday i.e medical passed.

Any insights on why i got another mail on 21st?

do you have to fill any form, like your name, dob, etc? where do you get the form?

I just called their office and booked my appointment. Not filled any form prior to my appointment. Just take your Passport and any Canadian Id along with you.
