Hi @legalfalcon

I see some post on other forums which states that "Biometrics already on File" and RCMP Requested. Are they two different things.
I do have my Biometrics valid but I'm not sure about RCMP. Can I proactively check or apply for that.

Got a call from No caller ID. It was from service Canada for biometrics. AOR 1 Oct. BIL Nov 12. Booked for Nov 24.

Any idea what would be the next step. I have heard the biometric is exempted for inland applicants..not sure. Anyone in similar situation ?

You can check if you need to give biometrics on IRCC website, but if you received biometrics request, of course, you need to give them.

What happens if you submit biometrics without getting a BIL from IRCC. I just heard someone did that! Does that have any negative implication.
