Hi~

We received our ITA on the same day as you. We have been uploading supporting documents but some documents such as reference letter and CNCC are still under process. May I ask have you received your AOR after every required material is ready?

Thank you.

Thank you.

You receive the AOR, acknowledgement of receipt only after you submit your application, and pay the fees.

Thank you for your reply!

As we need a request letter to apply for the CNCC, I suppose the request letter will only be issued by IRCC after an AOR is issued?

Thank you.

If you are referring to Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC) from a specific country, you will have to check the details. If the instructions expressly state that they require a letter from IRCC, then you can put this in the letter of explanation and submit your application.
