Hello
My last ques , as u mentioned ur timeline of new med updates .
Did u physician upload the reports within this period and then u got an update or it was done before physician's part ? My physician is mentioning to upload reports within 14 days of medical .Logically I shall wait for them to upload reports first ? So I need to wait next 14 days if get an appointment in a day or two ?
My physician uploaded. I got busy with obtaining a PCC and didn’t upload anything.

I just called the medical centre and they said you cannot re-do the medical and we need to call the embassy to link our upfront.
Which was submitted by them earlier.

medical centre- Sadhu Vaswani New Delhi
I was told the same but then enquired with a couple of more hospitals and they did.

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my express entry profile on 26/Oct/2020 and got married on 26/April/2021. Then I informed IRCC about the same and they sent the list of documents and I submitted all the requested documents on 26/Nov/2021. Now on 17/May/2022, I received my PPR for self only my spouse details are not added to my profile. Now I am confused and worried what to do as I submitted all the requested documents but still my spouse details are not added.

Can anyone help why this happened, is it a miss by CIC? Will they add the details now? I have raised a web form but still worried but will happen next.

@legalfalcon
It would be highly appreciated if u help to overcome this dilemma.
I got my upfront medicals in Feb,2022 which never got updated in my profile . But later on 8th April I got remed request with new IME number and with a thought that my representative has already raised webform and my tracking sheet(twice or thrice probably) , I kept waiting for an update .
Against the deadline of 30 days , on 8th May my portal started reflecting that They haven't received my medical and I should refer to the request sent .
What should be done in this scenario ?
Adr got on 14th Arpil was submitted on 19th Arpil now reflects Not Applicable in portal .
Please share ur insight about this , really worried

The issue here is that IRCC has stopped accepting upfront medicals for applications that had already been submitted. If you get a re-med done, it has to be updated manually, unlike an auto update that happens when IRCC sends you a re-med request that has an IME number, which is associated with your application. As soon as get a re-med done with the IRCC request, your meds upon being transmitted are attached to your application.

When you do meds on your one, it can take weeks for them to be attached to your application and with how swamped IRCC is, you never know when it will happen.

If you can, just get a new med done and use the letter sent by IRCC which has the IME number.

Alternatively, you will have to keep pursuing IRCC until your meds that have been submitted are attached to the application.

I sent a webform two months back informing them about the upfront medicals but got no response to it.

I also did my upfront medical on 29/Dec/2021 and updated IRCC about the same but after 4 months on 13/April/2022 got a remedical request as my upfront medical was not considered. I submitted my re-medicals on 4/may/2022 and was updated in my profile on 08/May/2022 and my medical was passed. I also got my PPR on 17/May/2022. Bad luck my spouse details are not added even after sending my documents on time. So waiting for the dety to be added in my profile.

Problem is the clinics are saying they cannot do medicals again on a new IME again.

As I mentioned before, you should not have one re-med without IRCC asking. If you did, it can take weeks or even months for IRCC to update it.

It's another year of delay then waiting for my upfront medicals to expire. IRCC is giving only 30 days to complete medicals and they keep flooding applicants with new medical requests which is resulting in no appointment to be available for 30+ days, very efficient way of working.

The only option here I see is forget about the 12k you spent earlier and spend another 12k + travel to nearby city which gives you earliest appointment

They are refusing to take another medical exam if there is already one in the system.
