Oh really? I didn't receive any emails about the delay or remove progress bar etc. I think that the last officer gives the final DM and sends it to the local office to give the COPR.

Does anyone know if every file has to compulsorily get transferred to the local visa office for issuing PPR or can the bulk part of processing happen at centralized intake office as well? I ask because except security and info sharing, my other stages have passed (eligibility has been passed by agent as of now) but my file is not at my LVO (New Delhi)

My details : FSW-O, AOT 03Oct20, MEP Passed 24Nov20 since then nothing.. didn't order the GCMS notes, having read on the various feedback not sure it will bring me much. Hi hope this is helpful to you, all applications start with a false IP2 right at AoR and then it goes thru a life cycle of false IP2 to IP1 to IP2 to PPR.

IP2 (false) change to IP1 usually means eligibility pass in CIO and file transferred to Local VO.

IP1 change to IP2 usually means security cleared and file ready to finalise.

If you said that u noticed no change in ur portal then probably you are staying at false IP2 all along.

Hope this is helpful to you. But then again, there might be certains exceptions where ppl stay at false IP2 all along until PPR.
