I sent a new passport copy for one of our dependents through webmail last week, got a response a few days later through email. Mostly standard text, but the response did mention which visa office it was being sent to, so wasn't fully automated reply.

Medical passed on 24 DEC. 2019,this is the last update.
In ECAS shows (File received),
In GC key 57 percent file completed and 5 months left.
Till now no file transfers. i ordered GCMS on 12 march 2020, no reply yet.
Tried to contact MP but his office is closed due to covid-19.
Everyone got file transferred even they applied after me, i don’t understand whats goin on?please help me.

called to cic they said we cant give file info on phone. ordered GCMS notes on 12 march but no reply yet.

unfortunately in some cases gcms notes are taking longer, the normal timeline is 30 days but in some cases it can take 30+60 or even 30+90; these two are more common extensions.

got it, fingers crossed. in some of the newer extension emails sent from IRCC ATIP division they give the exact due date and in our experience, the files tend to come through a few days prior to that. next week is not far.
