So let me ask you...just now my lawyer sent me a screenshot from mycic account which only says Medical passed on the left and biometrics enrollment date o Nov 18th on the right. Absolutely nothing mentioning about decision made, background check in process or anything like that BUT ECAS shows DM on the PA side.

AOR1 ON NOV 6TH From that point on the process started. Never had any update on gckey since my lawyer never linked (up until last night).

DECEMBER 6th ecas changed to "appl received" on PA side, DECEMBER 10th line 2 was added on ecas "application in process as of Dec 9th". DECEMBER 10th evening around 6PM received PPR.

***NEVER received AOR2 email (also lawyer checked SPAM). NEVER received Pre-Arrival letter. No interview was requested. NO ADR for translation*** THIS IS THE MOST FASTEST SERVICE EVER IN MY OPINION.

StanDiv, I've lost track a bit of the threads and timing - but do I understand correctly that in your first post here, you saw 'decision made' in ECAS and nothing in GCMS --- and then just something like 10 hours later got the PPR?

If so, I think there's some useful information for others here: DON'T freak out if you see decision made in one system and don't immediately get the PPR request or see the same info in GCMS.

The systems can get updated at different times and sometimes there are manual steps; give it a reasonable time and see what happens. Sometimes the emails come at strange times (the email letters are probably generated by computer and hence go out when the computer queue gets to it).

I also think that 'decision made' for a fairly recent file, when there have been no further requests for info or procedural fairness letters, is usually going to be a good sign. (I'm not certain about that as I do not know the procedures for outright rejection).

Yes, I saw DM at around 8AM ish...and around 6PM my lawyer forwarded me the PPR email. So I agree with you, there is absolutely no need to freak out if you ecas updated and not gckey or vise versa.

I hope Local Visa Office can speed up their processing time, as good as CPC Mississauga. There should be at least 20 to 30% applications are straight forward and can be done within the first 3 months.
My file got transferred to Singapore, where I have to wait for 2 months for they to open my application, and I guess, after the medical exam, it might take up to 6 months to get the feedback from Singapore. One main reason for the long processing time is that Manpower. Canada accept more than 300,000 people per year, they as Canada and Local visa office should have a compatible amount of resource to process that amount.

I just hope I dont have to wait for more than 6 months to get the next update from Singapore.

My application will go to Singapore as well and didn't even get my SA yet after AOR on 15th November

Yes! My application will transfer to Visa Office at Singapore too, I just waiting for notice email from IRCC that my files already transfer but nothing so far.
Im completed biometircs on 3rd Dec, my SA approved on 4th Dec.
